The begging Buddhist

Later on we walked down some back streets to look for food. We came across a buddhist begging for money. He holds out a bowl and rings a bell every now and again for coins... or maybe he's just standing there and people just put money into the bowl not knowing that hes just meditating. Anyway if he is begging, I wonder if that bodes well with the second noble truth. Cheeky bloody monk.
